Rain House Weatherpack, LLC stands behind everything we create, manufacture and sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon inspection due to craftsmanship, workmanship, defects or quality, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 10 days of the purchase date with Proof of Purchase and Original packaging. Just email: sales@rainhouseweatherpack.com for correspondence and arrangements for a return shipping label will be arranged. Each backpack has a 30 day replacement warranty. Typical tears, rips, weather damage and defects caused by regular wear and tear on the backpack will not be covered under warranty.

Return Shipping
You can drop off your return at any United States Postal Service (USPS) facility or mail it directly from your home via United States Postal Service (USPS) with the affixed return label.

Please note: $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping charges for return packages requesting a refund when your return is mailed using the prepaid shipping label provided.
